Majestic (Sole Trader – Croatia)

1. Company Information

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by:

Governing law: Republic of Croatia

By purchasing or registering for any event or retreat offered by Majestic, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Majestic offers retreats, workshops, and in-person events.

All services are experiential in nature and may include embodied practices, group processes, movement, meditation, nature-based activities, and other experiential formats.

Participation is voluntary.

3. Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the event.

By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€).

Payment is processed securely via:

Stripe
PayPal

Full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required to secure your place.

Majestic does not store credit card details. All payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Majestic.

Participant Cancellation

If a participant cancels:

More than 60 days before the event:
Payments (excluding deposit) are refundable.
Between 60 and 30 days before the event:
50% of the total amount paid (excluding deposit) is refundable.
Less than 30 days before the event:
No refunds.

Transfer Option

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to another participant (subject to approval).

If Majestic is able to fill your spot from a waiting list, a refund may be issued at Majestic’s discretion.

6. Event Cancellation by Organizer

Majestic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to insufficient enrollment, illness, force majeure, venue issues, natural events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In such cases:

All payments made will be refunded.
Majestic is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation outside the retreat venue, or other personal expenses.

7. Personal Responsibility & Liability

By participating, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
You agree to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.

Majestic is not liable for:

Personal injury
Loss or damage of personal property
Travel disruptions
Emotional distress arising from voluntary participation

8. Health & Disclosure

Participants agree to provide accurate health and dietary information via the registration form.

If you have medical conditions (physical or psychological) that may impact participation, you must inform the organizer in advance.

Majestic reserves the right to refuse participation if safety is compromised.

9. Photography & Media

During events, photographs and video may be taken.

These materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or video, they must inform the organizer at the beginning of the retreat.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)

Majestic collects and processes personal data (such as name, email, dietary needs) solely for:

Event administration
Communication
Legal compliance

Payment data is processed by Stripe and PayPal and is not stored by Majestic.

Participants have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with EU GDPR regulations.

11. Force Majeure

Majestic shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Pandemic restrictions
Government actions
Venue closure
Travel bans

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Croatian jurisdiction.
